FWR, General Contractors is a full service general contracting company, serving clients in South Texas since 1998. Under the leadership of Nick Renneker, Jr., along with the management team he has assembled, projects are professionally administered from estimation thru completion.
Our niche in reconstruction began by repairing structures damaged by fire, water, vandalism and storms. Over time our clients requested our services for remodeling, additions, and complete renovations.
We differentiate ourselves by repairing and modifying existing structures (homes & buildings), working with Green Components for energy efficiency and working in historic neighborhoods. This means we have the experience to resolve hidden and unforeseen problems that other contractors may not be able to deal with. We now have a family of related divisions capable of helping you with any construction repairs, modifications, or updates your property may require.
