Fire Water General Contractors implements a process in which the General Contractor is the sole contracting entity that the Owner has to deal with throughout the estimation, development, and restoration processes. Under this method of project delivery, the General Contractor is responsible for the development of the estimate, the final estimate, insurance documents, and all construction activities. Owners and insurance companies (or Architects/Engineers) work in harmony with FWR serving as the focal point. We all work together as a team to get the project done to a high quality standard. As site conditions dictate changes, decisions can be made quickly and implemented to avoid costly delays.
Projects undertaken in occupied homes present particular challenges. Our years of experience repairing occupied properties, as well as retail and commercial buildings, enables us to simplify the process, focus on safety, and minimize inconvenience.
